Union Gospel Mission Dallas is the leading faith-based organization in Dallas, transforming lives and ending homelessness one person at a time. UGM Dallas is the oldest continuously operating shelter in Dallas County and one of the primary providers of homeless services in the area. Our services include emergency shelter, transitional housing, medical and mental healthcare, job training, Discipleship training, childcare, and a program for veterans.. Statistics: in 2024, provided 695,624 meals, served 3,399 individuals experiencing homelessness, comprising 2,892 men, 308 women, and 199 children. Of those, 317 were veterans and 206 were placed in jobs.


Martha’s Ranch Foundation creates a welcoming and inclusive retreat for families affected by autism, offering supportive resources, activities, and accommodations at Twin Canyons Ranch in Granbury, Texas. Since 2020, we’ve fostered community, connection, and adventure through tailored programs, events, and advocacy. Our mission is to provide a safe haven where families can relax, build relationships, and experience the joy of shared discovery, ensuring everyone feels valued and supported on their journey.


Goodwill North Central Texas is dedicated to empowering individuals through education, training, and job placement. By selling donated goods in our retail stores, we fund life-changing programs that support people with disabilities, the homeless, at-risk youth, veterans, formerly incarcerated individuals and others facing barriers to employment. Every donation and purchase helps create jobs and strengthen our community. Together, we are changing lives through the power of work. We serve over 18 counties through more than 25 retail locations and 10 standalone Donation Stations.

Good Days is a national nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization that lifts the burdens of chronic illness through financial assistance, advocacy, and education. Since 2003, Good Days has provided more than 2 million grants and distributed over $3 billion in assistance to help people get access to the healthcare treatments they need. Cristo Rey Fort Worth is a Catholic college preparatory school serving young men and women in Tarrant County who would not otherwise be able to afford private education. The school prepares students with a rigorous academic curriculum and an innovative Corporate Work Study Program, through which they earn up to 50% of the cost of their education.


The VolunteerNow mission is to transform lives through volunteers. They mobilize the power of people by connecting nonprofits to the free workforce they need, supporting teachers and students in the classroom, and providing low-cost, high-quality goods to the community through their Discount Depot stores.


The Stewpot offers a safe haven for homeless and at-risk individuals in Dallas, providing resources for basic survival needs and opportunities to start a new life. Their services include Meal Services, ID Assistance, Family Stabilization Programs, Enrichment Programs, Housing, and Children and Youth Programs.

The Center helps people of all ages and stages navigate life’s challenges. We work with kids, teens, young adults/college students, adults, and couples to find meaning as they face life’s changes and challenges. We believe that with the right tools and insights, people can grow through their struggles to live the life they were meant to lead. We address the health of the whole person. Our team includes counselors and psychologists with diverse licensure, educational backgrounds, and specialties. We explore what’s going on mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, honoring all faiths and the role faith plays in people’s lives.
Our vision is to make mental health care accessible for everyone.


Capital for Kids is a network of volunteer professionals from within the investment management business dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children in need. Capital for Kids supports organizations that educate, protect and encourage children in the North Texas area and raises awareness of children in need of support. Since its inception in 2005, Capital for Kids has provided $18 million in funding to organizations that are vehicles for change in the personal lives and surroundings of children in our community who desperately need our help.

The John Luke Hughston Endowment Fund at the Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas was established in honor of John Luke Hughston. This endowment fund impacts the lives of students, faculty, and the greater Dallas community by educating and forming Men for Others who are charged with changing our world. During the 2019-20 academic year, Jesuit Dallas granted more than $2.6 million in financial assistance to 275 students.
John Luke graduated from Jesuit Dallas in 2012. There, he developed his servant mindset and learned the Ignatian philosophy of “Men for Others.” He then graduated from TCU with a degree in Finance. John Luke passed away on May 2, 2021, two weeks before his 27th birthday.
JESUIT DALLAS is a private Catholic high school in North Dallas that provides a student-centered Jesuit education emphasizing community service. The more than 10,000 graduates — Men for Others — serve as leaders in communities throughout the globe.
The David M. Crowley Foundation matched our contribution to the John Luke Hughston Endowment Fund at the Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas.

Girls Inc. delivers life-changing programs and experiences that equip girls to overcome serious barriers to grow up strong, smart, and bold.
Girls Inc. partners with schools and 82 local organizations that focus on the development of the whole girl. Each year, Girls Inc. Dallas serves a diverse population of over 1,000 girls, ages 6 to 18. A combination of long-lasting mentoring relationships, a pro-girl environment, and research-based programming equips girls to lead fulfilling, productive lives, break the cycle of poverty, and become role models in their communities.

Agape Clinic provides quality health care services unconditionally to underserved people.
The Agape Clinic project at Bonton Farms is a new clinic location that is estimated to treat 6,000 patients a year who currently lack access to healthcare. Bonton Farms is located in an area of South Dallas where 63% of residents lack personal transportation. In 2018, the Agape Clinic served over 17,000 patients and provided over $8M worth of medical services at their current location. In addition to basic primary medical care, they offer specialty services such as women’s health, neurology, pediatrics, orthopedics, dermatology, asthma and allergy, ophthalmology, and limited counseling services.

ChildCareGroup is a nonprofit organization committed to building a stronger community by providing services to children, parents, and early childhood professionals to help lift two generations out of poverty.
Established in 1901, ChildCareGroup teaches children and parents, trains early childhood professionals, and assists families. It believes ALL children, regardless of background or circumstance, deserve a quality early education and a solid foundation to help them succeed in school and life. Through its programs, ChildCareGroup impacts more than 50,000 lives every year.

Cristo Rey is an independent Catholic high school with a proven, revolutionary college-preparatory curriculum accessible to students with limited financial resources. A private, independent Catholic high school to be accredited by the AdvancedED, located in the Pleasant Grove area of Southeast Dallas. Cristo Rey Dallas is the 30th school in the Cristo Rey Network. A proven, revolutionary model of college-preparatory high school curriculum accessible to those of limited financial resources. They offer a Corporate Work Study Program in which students intern at businesses to earn the majority of their tuition. Students work in professional settings 5 days per month, building self-confidence and a resume that includes some of Dallas’s most prominent companies (including RHSB).

For more than 55 years, The Senior Source has served greater Dallas as the go-to nonprofit for aging services that assist, protect, and connect older adults to resources, to opportunities, and to independence: advocacy, money management, volunteer opportunities, and counseling on any aging issue. The Senior Source is a United Way service provider. In 2016, The Senior Source served over 30,000 older adults in the DFW community.

HSNT is passionate about helping animals in need. Founded In 1905, the Humane Society of North Texas is the largest and longest-standing non-profit animal rescue and adoption organization in North Texas. HSNT serves over 25,000 animals annually through its crucial programs, including emergency animal rescue, humane investigations, low-cost spay and neuter services, a feral cat TNR program, owner surrenders, lost-and-found services, and the adoption of dogs, cats, horses, livestock, small mammals, reptiles, and more. HSNT has four adoption centers throughout the metroplex.
HSNT is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that receives no government funding or tax dollars, nor do we receive donations from the Humane Society of the United States or the ASPCA. We rely on the generosity of our community to fund our lifesaving programs.
